I meant to start a blog a long time ago.
Then, when I got pregnant, I was REALLY going to start one.
And when Caleb was born, I thought NOW is the time.
Well, six months later, I am actually doing it.
This is for our friends and family.
And it's for us. To forever remember the details of the sweetest, funniest, most precious little man.

It's hard to even remember our life before Caleb Benjamin Marvel. He has added new depths and love to our lives, our relationship, our family and our world.
The past six months have sheltered some of the most joyous and hardest times. I won't lie. I wanted to fast forward through Caleb's first week of life because I HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. (This is a post for another time.) But we got through it.
I had the blessing of getting to stay at home with Caleb for 3.5 months before going back to work full time. That time with him was so precious ... we laughed, we sang, we cried, we played, we figured out our routine (as my dear friend would say, "our dance") and we embarked on new adventures.

Time has flown. I write that with kind of a lump in my throat, but I am also cherishing Caleb's different stages and how fun it is to watch him grow into a little man before my eyes. I hope to keep this blog updated so you can watch Caleb grow and share in the wonderful memories we are making with him. He is an amazing little man.
Here are a few pictures of the first six months of our little Bugs!
