kisses.

i am in heaven. my caleb is a kissing machine. it started a few weeks ago with him blowing kisses at me, at strangers, at birds, at dogs, at his grandparents and aunts and uncles and at his dad. the level of cute was ridiculous. then, a couple weeks ago, as i was coming home from work, i walked into the house and scooped him up. he wrapped his arms around my neck, and said "ummm maaa" as he kissed my shoulder. he didn't blow me a kiss. he actually kissed me. unsolicited. i played it cool. and acted like it was a normal thing. i told him thank you and that he was the sweetest thing ever and i kissed him back. probably a million times.

just one of those things i never, ever want to forget.
